Berkeley County is where we live and work
Berkeley County is our home county, and the seat, Martinsburg, is where my family parks the trucks every night. When folks call us for a move here, we’re not driving in from two counties over — we’re already on the right side of I-81, and we know the difference between getting into a townhome off Foxcroft Avenue and backing up a long gravel lane out past Hedgesville.
The towns we move every week
We run loads all over the county, and each corner of it moves a little differently:
- Martinsburg — historic downtown brick and Victorian homes, college and hospital-area rentals, plus the newer builds out toward the bypass.
- Inwood and Bunker Hill — fast-growing commuter subdivisions full of families coming up from the DC and Northern Virginia suburbs for cheaper land.
- Hedgesville and Falling Waters — foothill and riverside properties with steep driveways and long carries we handle year-round.
- Gerrardstown — farmhouses on acreage out toward the apple country south of town.
Why Berkeley County families call us
Half our work in this county is folks cashing out of the DC–Baltimore commuter belt and settling into a quieter place along the MARC line and I-81. The other half is people just moving across Martinsburg as their family grows. Either way, you get the same thing: our licensed, insured West Virginia family crew, our own trucks, and a flat rate locked in writing before we load a single box.
Flat-Rate Berkeley County Moving

Our family already runs the gravel lanes, the long farmhouse driveways, the older downtown stairs and the porches throughout Berkeley County.
