Questions We Hear A Lot

Berkeley Springs is a good drive out in Morgan County — do you really serve it?
We do. It's a longer run west from Martinsburg, out toward the spa town and the mountains, but it's a regular trip for us. We figure the drive into the flat rate up front so the distance is never a moving-day surprise.
Can your trucks handle the mountain roads and steep lanes out there?
Yes. A lot of Berkeley Springs and Cacapon-area properties sit on grade with winding access and gravel lanes. We scout the approach, shuttle with a smaller truck when we have to, and take the mountain roads at the pace they call for.
Do you move the historic homes around the springs and the bath houses?
We do, and we love it. The old town around the warm springs has historic homes and cottages with original stairs and tight doorways. We pad everything, protect the staircases, and handle the antiques these places are full of with real care.
