Do you serve the new developments out near the Hollywood Casino side of town?
We do. Charles Town has grown a lot on the developments out toward the racetrack and Hollywood Casino, plus plenty of DC-commuter families moving in. We know those neighborhoods and route the right truck for the streets and driveways.
Charles Town is the Jefferson County seat — is it still your service area?
Very much so. It's a straightforward run from Martinsburg out WV-9. The cross-county drive is included in the flat rate I write before we load, so there's no mileage premium for Jefferson County.
Can you move the older homes in historic downtown Charles Town?
Yes — that's part of the job here. Downtown Charles Town has beautiful older homes near the courthouse with narrow doorways and original stairs. We pad the carry, protect the banisters, and never force a piece through a tight turn.
