Questions We Hear A Lot

Do you move into the newer subdivisions off Gerrardstown Road?
We do — most of our Inwood work is into the newer commuter developments south of the US-11 and Gerrardstown Road split. My sons run those crews and we know which streets have tight turns and shared driveways, so we send the right truck the first time.
Inwood is south of Martinsburg — is it still a local rate?
Yes. Inwood sits about ten minutes down I-81 from our Martinsburg base, so it falls inside our local hourly. We write the flat number before the truck rolls, not after.
Can you handle a move from Northern Virginia into Inwood?
That's half of what we do. Plenty of Inwood buyers are cashing out of the DC and NoVA market for land out here. We carry US DOT and MC authority, drive it ourselves, and the same crew loads in Virginia and unloads in Inwood.
